1. Overview
Open URLs is a Chrome extension published by joker-like-you. It helps users process and open multiple web addresses. The extension is designed to perform its work locally in the user's browser.
2. Information handled by the extension
Open URLs may handle the following information only to provide features requested by the user:
- URLs and text entered or pasted into the extension popup.
- URLs of tabs in the current Chrome window, only when the user clicks Import tabs.
- The user's language, opening target, and opening interval preferences.
- A cleaned URL list written to the system clipboard, only when the user clicks Copy cleaned links.
The extension does not read clipboard contents.
3. How information is used
The information above is used only to:
- detect, normalize, count, and display URLs;
- avoid opening the same normalized URL more than once in a batch;
- open user-selected URLs in tabs or a new window;
- import current-window tab URLs into the popup;
- copy a cleaned URL list at the user's request; and
- remember the user's language and opening preferences.
4. Collection, transmission, and sharing
joker-like-you does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share the URLs, text, browsing activity, clipboard output, or preferences handled by Open URLs. The extension does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or developer-operated servers.
When the user asks Open URLs to open a URL, Chrome connects to the destination website as part of normal browser navigation. Data handled by that website is governed by the website's own privacy policy and is outside the control of Open URLs.
5. Local storage and retention
Open URLs uses chrome.storage.local to save only the selected language, opening target, and opening interval. URL lists are not saved by the extension. Text and URLs displayed in the popup remain in memory only while the popup is open.
Saved preferences remain on the user's device until the extension is uninstalled or its local extension data is cleared. Text written to the system clipboard remains subject to the operating system and browser's normal clipboard behavior.
6. Chrome permissions
- storage: Saves the language, opening target, and opening interval locally.
- tabs: Reads current-window tab URLs after the user clicks Import tabs, and opens URLs requested by the user.
- clipboardWrite: Writes cleaned links to the clipboard after the user clicks Copy cleaned links. Open URLs never reads the clipboard.
7. Limited Use compliance
Open URLs' use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide the extension's user-facing features.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the extension's features or legal obligations change. Any updated version will include a revised effective date.

4. 收集、传输和共享
joker-like-you 不会收集、接收、出售、出租或共享 Open URLs 所处理的网址、文本、浏览活动、剪贴板输出或偏好设置。扩展不使用分析服务、广告、跟踪技术或开发者运营的服务器。
当用户要求 Open URLs 打开某个网址时，Chrome 会按照正常网页访问流程连接目标网站。目标网站对数据的处理受其自身隐私政策约束，不在 Open URLs 的控制范围内。
5. 本地存储和保留期限
Open URLs 使用 chrome.storage.local，仅在本地保存用户选择的界面语言、打开位置和打开间隔。扩展不会保存网址列表；弹窗中的文本和网址只会在弹窗打开期间保留于内存中。
偏好设置会保留在用户设备上，直到扩展被卸载或扩展的本地数据被清除。写入系统剪贴板的文本遵循操作系统和浏览器的正常剪贴板机制。
6. Chrome 权限
- storage：在本地保存界面语言、打开位置和打开间隔。
- tabs：在用户点击“导入标签页”后读取当前窗口的标签页网址，并打开用户要求打开的网址。

7. 有限使用要求
Open URLs 对通过 Chrome API 获得的信息的使用遵守 Chrome 网上应用店用户数据政策，包括有限使用要求。相关信息只用于提供扩展中面向用户的功能。
8. 政策变更
当扩展功能或法律义务发生变化时，本政策可能会更新。更新后的版本会注明新的生效日期。
